Meet the Team Caring for Your Loved One

Trish Crutchley
Elder Guide
Trish is the Elder Guide at Exquisicare’s Cameron Heights location, where she oversees and ensures high-quality care, mentors staff, and serves as the main point of contact for families. With a background in long-term care, clinic nursing, and dermatology, Trish brings a wealth of experience to her role.
A 2019 graduate of Norquest College, Trish initially worked as a nurse in long-term care during the height of COVID. Though emotionally taxing, this experience reinforced her passion for geriatrics. She then explored clinic nursing at a family practice and enjoyed one-on-one patient interactions, but missed the hands-on care she’d developed in school. This led her to dermatology nursing, where she honed her skills in skin biopsies and cancer excisions. However, Trish’s heart always called her back to the field of long-term care, and she found her true fit at Exquisicare, where she has grown from a temporary Elder Guide to a weekend LPN, and now to her current role as the permanent Elder Guide.
Trish is deeply committed to helping others live fulfilling, meaningful lives—a passion that has been shaped by her close relationships with her grandparents. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, parents, and her pets, Jax the dog and Prince the cat.

She designs personalized programs that keep seniors engaged physically, mentally, and emotionally. Liz loves being able to connect with the residents and their families on a personal level, ensuring that each person feels valued and supported.
